e PRODUCTS TO GO, Inc. is the sole owner of all
information collected on this site. We will not sell or share any of
this information with anyone other than what is disclosed in this statement.
When you provide us with your name and email address, we use this
information to confirm the status of your order or contact you regarding any
questions about your order.
Placing an Order:
When placing orders, you must provide contact
information (i.e., name and shipping address) and financial information
(i.e., credit card number and expiration date). This information is
used only for processing your order. If we have any trouble processing
your order, we will contact you by email or phone immediately.
We currently accept charge cards and provide UPS or
USPS shipping for customers residing in the United States (excluding APO
addresses) and Canada. Customers residing in the United States may
place orders directly on the website for automated shipping calculations via
UPS or USPS rate tables and automated charge card processing via a secure
server (see "Security" section). All product prices on our website are in
U.S. Dollars. For customers residing in Canada, we only accept orders that
ship to U.S. addresses. If you reside in Canada and want your battery
shipped to a U.S. address, please call us at 866-330-5414 and we will enter
your order manually.
Security:
This website takes every precaution to protect our
users’ information (such as credit card numbers, shipping address, etc.).
Such information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption
software in the industry. Once you enter the checkout process, all
communications is within a secure sockets layer (Starfield 256-bit SSL
technology) and the lock icon on the bottom of the Web browser such as
Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked and stays locked throughout the
whole process. This is opposed to being un-locked or open while just
surfing our website.
In order to maximize security for our customers, we
subscribe to an independent 3rd party security auditing service "ScanAlert.com"
that performs a daily test and audits of our website and web server. Once
our site passes the test, the "Hacker Safe" seal is proudly displayed which
certifies that we pass the FBI/SANS Internet Security Test that meets the
highest security scanning standards of the U.S. government, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.
While using encryption to protect sensitive
information, online, we also do everything in our power to protect all
user-information off-line. All information received from our users is
password protected in our offices and only employees with a need-to-know
have access and then only to the information needed to complete the order
process.
SHIPPING/PRODUCT GUARANTEES
Shipping/Shipping Charges:
Customers can receive same
day shipping for orders placed prior to 12 PM CST Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 12
PM CST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped next business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday through Sunday are processed for
shipment first thing Monday morning.
All shipping charges can be

Our
Guarantee To You:
At eBatteriesToGo.com,
our return policy is simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your battery purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund, credit
or replacement. Any product returned for refund, credit or replacement, must
be returned in new condition with all hardware and in the original shipping
box. If you return your product within 30 days for a reason that is not our
fault, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed and if the free shipping option
was selected, our original shipping costs will also be deducted from your
eligible refund or credit.
You may cancel your order at anytime without
penalty as long as it has not shipped. Please call us at 866-330-5414 and we
will advise if your order has shipped or not. If your order has shipped, you
may cancel, but you will be responsible for outbound/inbound freight plus a
15% restocking fee for your order.
Most
of our products have a 1-year warranty for manufacturing related defects.
Our specific product warranties are as follows:
- Alkaline (AA, AAA, C, D, & 9V) will be replaced
if defective out of the box
- Lithium will be replaced if defective out of
the box
- Super Heavy duty (AA, AAA, C, D, & 9V) will be
replaced if defective out of the box
- AGM batteries carry a 1 year warranty due to
manufacturer's defects
- Gel batteries carry a 1 year warranty due to
manufacturer's defects
- Motorcycle batteries carry a 1 year warranty
due to manufacturer's defects except for Power Max which carries a 6 month
warranty
- Personal Watercraft (PWC) batteries carry
a 1 year warranty due to manufacturer's defects except for Power Max which
carries a 6 month warranty
- ATV batteries carry a 1 year warranty due to
manufacturer's defects except for Power Max which carries a 6 month
warranty
- Motor Scooter batteries carry a 1 year warranty
due to manufacturer's defects except for Power Max which carries a 6 month
warranty
- Snowmobile batteries carry a 1 year warranty
due to manufacturer's defects except for Power Max which carries a 6 month
warranty
- Wheelchair and medical scooter batteries carry
a 1 year warranty due to manufacturer's defect
- Alarm batteries carry a 1 year warranty due to
manufacturer's defects
- UPS batteries carry a 1 year warranty due to
manufacturer's defects
- Rechargeable Battery Packs carry a 1 year
warranty due to manufacturer's defects
- Battery chargers carry a 1 year warranty due to
manufacturer's defects
- Starter Up and Power Up batteries carry a 90
Day warranty due to manufacturer's defects
If a warranty claim is made for a battery where the
purchase is more than 30 days old, the customer will be eligible for a
replacement battery (assuming a valid warranty claim), but not a refund or
credit.
Please note that it is the customer's
responsibility to properly maintain their battery purchase. Batteries that
are allowed to go into deep discharge because they are not properly
maintained will not be covered by warranty. Please keep your battery
properly charged in order to protect your warranty and investment.
To return a product, simply
call us at 1-866-330-5414
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you call for
the RMA we will generate shipping instructions and send it to your email
address. Any battery shipped back to us without an RMA will be refused and
sent back to you at your expense. If the product is being returned due to an
issue that is our responsibility, we will arrange for the pick up of the
product at our expense. If you are returning the product for a reason that
is not our fault, then you (the customer) are responsible for shipping the
product back to us at your expense. In the case where you are responsible
for shipping the product back to us, we recommend that you use a reliable
source such as UPS or the United States Postal Service using Delivery
Confirmation.
Once your package arrives to us we will follow-up with
the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit
is to be issued please allow 2-3 days after arrival to
process the credit.
